The dealership itself is always clean including the bathrooms and offers some nice amenities such as free coffee in a plethora of flavors/types along with bottled water and fresh baked cookies. They have computers you can use along with areas to plug your laptop in and use the WiFi and a small tv room. When you pull up into the service line you park inside out of the weather and talk to a service advisor and they take care of the rest. You get updates via text and can also instant message your advisor with any questions. A free vacuum and wash is included with every vehicle service which is a nice perk!
