Kirk did a great job going over all the features of the TLX and I felt very comfortable as I drove off the lot. The entire process was no pressure, straight forward and painless. We recently worked with Greg Pew to purchase our second car from Continental Acura: a 2017 TLX. The experience could not have been easier as both Sharon and Greg are wonderful people. Since we have 2 young girls that were coming along with us, I did a lot of the upfront work with Greg via email and phone. Communication was quick and detailed which made the process very easy. When we arrived to view/test drive the car, both Greg and Sharon were great with our girls providing activity books and let them check out the new cars in the show room. We did most of the final negotiations by phone and arranged a date to sign the papers which made the process incredibly easy and worked well with our hectic schedule! The day we picked up the car Greg had everything ready to go. We were able to transfer everything into the new car, sign the paperwork and get the car setup with demo in about an hour. It was amazing! Buying a car can be a daunting process, however, it didn't feel that way either time we've worked with Greg and Sharon. I hope to work with them again next time we are in the market. I highly recommend them!
